REQUEST

I’d like to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act:

How many reports of alleged criminal activity have you received linked to The Samaritans charity or any of its local branches, involving staff or volunteers, between 2017 and 2021. 

Please break this information down by date and by nature of the allegation, including as much detail as is available. 

Please present each incident in the following format:

Date of report

Date of alleged incident

Nature of alleged incident (including as much detail as you hold)

Action taken, if any

Please send this information in Excel format. 

Please understand that we are not requesting any personal information that would identify alleged perpetrators or victims or infringe upon privacy. We are solely interested in the existence and nature of any reports.
