REQUEST

I would like to please request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

This outlined data relating to arrests and charges for:

Abuse of position of trust: sexual activity with a child (section 16 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003) each year since 2015.

Abuse of position of trust: causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity (section 17 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003) each year since 2015.

Can I please have information on:

The total number of arrests and charges made under the offence of abuse of position of trust: sexual activity with a child aggregated by gender of the perpetrator each year from 1st of January 2015 to 1st of July 2021.

The total number of arrests and charges made under the offence of abuse of position of trust: causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity aggregated by gender of the perpetrator each year from 1st of January 2015 to 1st of July 2021.
