How many incidents of hate crime have been recorded by the force?

How many incidents were recorded by the force per strand of hate crime? (e.g sexual orientation, racial, religion, disablity, transgender.)

The number of hate crime related offences recorded that resulted in arrests or charges.

Please provide a monthly breakdown if possible (with details of which strand each falls into.) The number of hate crime related offences recorded by the force that resulted in convictions.
