REQUEST

We would be grateful if you could supply the following:

- The number of data breaches committed by Gwent Police between 2019 up to the date of this request.

- The cause of these data breaches, such as emails being sent in error, or devices being lost, as well as any cyber attacks.

- What types of information was exposed in the breaches?

- Has Gwent Police been subjected to any civil legal action in relation to any of these breaches? If so, can you advise how many have been settled, abandoned or the number on-going?
