Please could you disclose what percentage of police officers who joined after 01/01/2016 and resigned before 31/12/2021.

RESPONSE

The data below refers to Police Constables that joined Gwent after 01/01/2016 and resigned before 31/12/2021.  The start date has been based on the date the Police Constable has started with Gwent and is not based on their notional service date (continuous service brought over from another force).

The percentage of Police Constables that joined after 01/01/2016 and resigned before 31/12/2021 is 16.8%.
