Following a report/reports of stalking by an alleged victim, what tests are used to establish whether Gwent Police pursues an application for a “Stalking protection order” against the alleged stalker. I understand to date none have been applied for despite well over 1200 reports made. Please provide full details of why you do not consider that such an order would assist in safeguarding the potential victim.
