REQUEST
Please can you provide me with the following information under the FOI Act:
- A list of all police operations (e.g. Operation Sceptre) carried out by your force during the month of April 2022. Please specify the:
(a) Name of the operation
(b) Geographic location of the operation
(c) Dates the operation took place and/or if it is still ongoing
(d) Purpose(s) of the operation (e.g. to reduce serious youth violence)
- Did your police force complete an Equality Impact Assessment (EIA) for any of the operations that come under question one? If so, please specify which operations and provide the relevant EIA(s).
- For any operations that come under question 1 where your force has not completed an EIA, what steps did your force undertake to ensure this operation would comply with the Public Sector Equality Duty? Please provide an individual answer for each operation listed in response to point 1, which did not have an EIA.
For the avoidance of doubt, operations carried out in April 2022 should be interpreted to include operations that were in still in operation in April 2022 but that may have started prior to April 2022 as well as those that began in April 2022.
