Veh 2 at roundabout moves to left hand lane, intending to take second exit – straight on. Veh 1 moves from behind into right hand lane, intending to take first exit onto dual carriageway. It appears that driver of veh 1 thought that veh 2 also taking first exit. As both pulled off, veh 1 collided with front of veh 2.

Driver was travelling along towards the A472.  As driver approached a left-hand bend, veh continued straight on before colliding with traffic sign, down the embankment before coming to rest on the roof of the veh.
