REQUEST

Under the Freedom of Information act can you please tell me at what speed over the limit your force applies the following enforcements:

Fixed penalty notice

Speed awareness course

Summons to court

If this is not calculated as a percentage of the limits, please give examples for the speeds at which you would apply them at 20. 30. 40. 50. 60 and 70mph.

Please could you confirm if the force follows the National Police Chiefs Council (NPCC - ACPO as was) guidelines on speeding enforcement.
