2023/25954 - Domestic abuse and neighbourhood crime-related 999 calls

1 - I just noticed that Question 2 is missing from your response:

2/ Please provide the total number of occasions that police did not attend 

1. i) grade 1, 
2. ii) grade 2 or 

iii) grade 3 emergencies for each financial year from 2017-18 up to and including the current financial year until 31 Aug 2022. 

Could you please provide me with this data?

2  - As part of your response, you provided data on the total number of Grade 1 calls related to domestic abuse that were attended within target, by year.  

I want to confirm if I can subtract the number of Grade 1 calls attended within target from the total number of Grade 1 calls received, to get the number of calls exceeding target. This is, I would like to confirm if I can infer that the force has missed the target in the “opposing” number of calls.  

If this is not the case (e.g., because some calls were regraded after creation) could you please provide the number of calls regraded or the number of calls I should exclude by year, so I can compute the percentage of calls exceeding target? Alternatively, could you please provide the percentage of Grade 1 999 calls related to domestic abuse (and neighbourhood crime) that were not attended within target, by financial year?
