I understand you’re responsible for the Average Speed Cameras along the A465 between Gilwern &  Brynmawr.

Are these cameras live? If so when did they go live?

If they’re not live, what date  will they be going live?

Have you the funding for up to date software? If so what cost is available to provide the necessary software?

Have you the funding available to dedicate staff to fairly administer the data from the cameras?

If so how many staff would be required?

Will the Mobile Camera still be present along this stretch in any event?
