How many Notices of Intended Prosecution (NIPs) for speeding were issued to drivers in the financial years (a) 2022/23 and (b) 2023/24. Please provide a break down of the number of NIPs issues for each calendar month starting with January 2022 and running until December 2024.

As of the 1st January 2025 (or the closest convenient date), how many AI-enabled cameras, which can provide evidence to assist in the prosecution of road traffic offences, are currently sited on roads within your area of responsibility?

From these AI-enabled cameras, how many Notice of Intended Prosecution (NIP) have been distributed? Please break down the data by calendar month from the start of their operation and broken down by the type of offence that was registered? Eg, speeding, not wearing a seatbelt, using a mobile phone, etc.

Please indicate whether you will be launching or increasing the number of AI-enabled cameras on your roads, and when this is expected to be, and how many AI-cameras you expect to install.

Can you clarify the period of time the data is required for please?

Q1 refers to financial years and then asks for the data to start in January 2022 through to December 2024 which suggests calendar years.

I am in fact asking for both pieces of data - Firstly the total number of NIPs in the two financial years of 22/23 and 23/24 and ALSO a monthly breakdown on NIPS from Jan 2022 to Dec 2024 inclusive
